Futurebuild are currently working with one of our specialist Drylining and partitions sub-contractor clients who are rwecrutuing for a Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Surrey.
They operate in the commercial fit our and refurbishment markets, providing solutions in drywall partitions, acoustic treatments, Glazed partitions, Joinery, and suspended ceilings
They have a strong workforce covering London and the surrounding counties, successfully delivering projects that reach several million pounds in value.
Due to an increase in work load and company expansion they now have a vacancy for an Assistant Surveyor to join the team and assist in the commercial operations of the business.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and Director, shadowing them on occasional site visits and carrying out Surveying duties at their offices in Surrey.

* Ideally have extensive façade and cladding knowledge
* Worked for a reputable subcontractor.
* Worked closely with the client and Tier 1 contractors.
* Good contractual knowledge ideally JCT
* Construction qualification
* Able to take the lead on projects and deliver them successfully.
* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
