Senior Disrepair Planner Salary: Up to 31,607 per annum, depending on experience Location: Eastleigh Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent We're looking for an organised and proactive Healthy Homes Senior Disrepair Planner to play a key role in coordinating complex disrepair cases and ensuring residents receive a responsive, customer-focused service. You'll lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers, coordinate inspections and works, manage contractor relationships and ensure cases progress efficiently from initial inspection through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers. Coordinate complex disrepair cases, inspections and remedial works. Optimise trade diaries and allocate resources effectively. Liaise with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to keep works progressing. Monitor workloads, deadlines and legal/regulatory requirements.
