I’ve been approached by one of my clients as expansion as at the forefront of their business plans and due to successful tendering, within the residential market they’re recruiting for experienced facade design professionals
You will be primarily office based in the St Albans area, however hybrid working is a possibility for the individual. Within this role you’ll be surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver designs on time and within budget for a variety of clients such as Berkeley Group, Barratts and Bellway Homes. You’ll be responsible for all design aspects of the project lifecycle overseeing, drawings, structural calculations, engineering and coordination between client and architects.
Works are traditionally full envelope packages consisting of cladding systems, curtain wall, windows, doors, and architectural metalwork which typically range from £1m to £10m in value.

Salary/ Benefits

You will be primarily office based in the St Albans area, however hybrid working is a possibility for the individual. Within this role you’ll be surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver designs on time and within budget for a variety of clients such as Berkeley Group, Barratts and Bellway Homes.
