Support estimating and pre-construction teams during tender submissions. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Produce accurate commercial reports and forecasts for senior management. Mentor, develop, and support Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff. About You You will be a commercially focused leader with extensive experience running commercial teams within the Construction or Civil Engineering sectors. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Commercial Manager Experience managing commercial teams. Strong financial awareness and cost management skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and clients. Strong reporting and forecasting skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent). Reporting at a senior level, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting the wider business objectives.
