Maintain and update planning records and databases with precision. Manage and respond to emails in the planning inbox, ensuring timely communication. Assist with the administration of planning appeals. Process payments and refunds for customers smoothly. Provide essential administrative support for street naming and numbering. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy repairs team, supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused repairs service. This role is ideal for someone with a background in coordinating responsive repairs, scheduling works, liaising with contractors and residents, and ensuring repair requests are completed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage responsive repair work orders. Schedule appointments for operatives and contractors, ensuring efficient diary management. Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing updates on repair enquiries and appointments. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate records using housing management and repairs systems. Monitor outstanding works and proactively chase overdue repairs. Support the management of complaints and ensure residents receive timely communication. Produce reports and update performance data where required. Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within a Repairs Coordinator, Repairs Administrator, Repairs Planner or Scheduling role. Experience working within a Housing Association, Local Authority or Social Housing environment. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Experience raising repairs, scheduling appointments and coordinating contractors. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues. Experience using housing management or repairs systems such as DRS, Totalmobile, MRI, NEC Housing or similar would be advantageous. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
