The Role Modular Installer (Nationwide) As a Modular Installer, you ll be working on sites across the UK, installing and finishing modular buildings to a high standard. Projects can range from education and healthcare units to commercial and residential modular structures. Key Responsibilities: Installation and fitting of modular building components Carpentry and finishing works Basic multi-trade tasks (plumbing, drylining, flooring, etc.) Working safely and efficiently on construction sites Representing the company professionally while working away Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards You ll typically work Monday to Friday , staying away from home during the week. Accommodation, travel arrangements and nightly allowance will be provided. Essential Requirements Full DBS Check (required) Valid CSCS Card (required) Experience in carpentry, joinery, or general building trades Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team Desirable (But Not Essential) Full UK Driving Licence Experience working on modular or prefabricated buildings Multi-trade background If you don t tick every box but have solid trade experience, we still encourage you to apply. Carpenter required to join this shopfitting/joinery company to work on shopfitting projects in the London area. This is a permanent position which will involve some out of hours work, typical to the retail fit-out sector, meaning some degree of flexibility will be required. The company have their own joinery workshop and work with many leading retail brands. The company require a carpenter/joiner capable of delivering a high end 2nd fix finish, and is able to work within a team. Previous shopfit/retail fit-out experience is essential. Shopfitters, Carpenters and Joiners needed for upcoming contracts across the UK. Working for a well known interior fit-out company refurbishing various restaurants, shops and office buildings. Contracts will run for up to 2 weeks each and will be based nationwide. Working up to 12 hour days for 14 days and paying around £14ph. You must be a skilled tradesperson with all own tools, CSCS card and experience of undertaking high quality interior fit-out contracts. Mansion Recruitment are currently recruiting for a 2nd fix Carpenter/shopfitter to start immediately in the Rhyl, Wales area to work on a shopffiting contract. You will need an up to date CSCS card, Tools and full PPE and with at least 3 years experience in 2nd fix Carpentry. The work will involve building stud walls, door frames, fitting doors, skirting boards and architrave's etc. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, 11- 12 hour days including weekends and the duration should run between 3-4 weeks
