The Site Manager (Demolition) comes with a day rate from 380.00 to 400.00 outside of IR35. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role: Manage the safe and efficient demolition of a large-scale manufacturing facility in Renfrewshire, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and contractual requirements. Take full site management responsibility for demolition, enabling works, and associated civils activities on behalf of the main contractor.
