Lift Supervisor Location: North Lincolnshire Project: RC Structures Start Date: 28th September 2026 Duration: 14 - 20 months Orbitech Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Lift Supervisor for a long-term role on a major RC project in North Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled supervisor with groundworks experience to secure consistent work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme. Pay & Hours 235 p/day (9 hour shifts) Monday to Friday Long-term work available The Role As Lift Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing lifting operations while also leading a small groundworks gang on site. You will play a key role in ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with construction standards. Key duties will include: Supervising all lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans Coordinating and leading a groundworks / drainage gang Ensuring safe slinging, signalling, and movement of materials Working closely with site management and plant operators Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and productivity Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and site procedures Carrying out daily briefings, checks, and toolbox talks where required Essential Requirements Proven experience working as a Lift Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor ticket (A62 or equivalent) Experience supervising lifting operations and groundworks teams Ability to work safely in deep excavations and high-risk environments Right to work in the UK Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Apply Now If you are an experienced Lift Supervisor looking for long-term work, we want to hear from you.
