We are looking for and experienced Site Manager, to join the existing experienced and focused team.
This role is offered as a permanent position. Candidates must have a driving licence and transport and be willing to work on site.

The role in brief
The Site Manager will oversee and champion QA systems, Process Improvement, H&S, and programme monitoring of labour and sub-contractor management throughout the product install and through to commissioning and handover.
* Ensure Health and Safety standards are consistently being maintained and challenge and rectify any unsafe practice.
* Provide leadership to site personnel.
* To have a clear and sound understanding of the Project including design, commercial and technical requirements.
* Coordination of the Clients infrastructure works Contractor.
* Key member pf the management team in carrying out or delegating inductions and reviews of Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
* Co-ordination of installation activities at the Business’s and Clients location.
* To be hands on and work with the Business’s and Client Contractors.
* Maintaining the highest levels of quality and ensure the consistent use of the QA system.
* Monitoring the progress of site works and reporting status against programme.
* Provide precise and clear reporting back to the Management Team.
* Champion Process Improvements – Reporting issues back to the QA Manager, recording potential improvements and following these through at project debriefs and process improvement meetings.
* Manage labour and sub-contractor resource at the Project location.
* Day-to-day responsibility for any deliveries to the project location, including programming when they need to be in line with the Project programme.
* Ensure that the correct information is available for review at the project location. – i.e. drawings, technical information, QA documents, H&S info, programmes, etc.
* Keep accurate record of all Project location activities; progress, daily labour returns, deliveries, visitors, diary etc.
* Carry out pre delivery checks and surveys at location in accordance with the business’s Standard Operating Procedures covering but not limited to craneage, transport and building or component location.
* Provide accurate and concise records and reports on any defects/discrepancies.
