Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman Erlestoke Location: Erlestoke Hours: 8:00am 6:00pm Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day Payment Method: CIS Duration: Long-term minimum 12 months / until completion of the project Job Description Munnelly Support Services is currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshall / Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman for a long-term construction project in Erlestoke. This position is expected to continue until the end of the project, with a minimum duration of approximately one year. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely controlling construction traffic, delivery vehicles, plant movements and pedestrian access around the site. Applicants must hold a valid NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall, Vehicle Banksman or Plant and Vehicle Marshaller qualification and must be able to reliably commute to Erlestoke for an 8:00am start. Duties Controlling and directing construction traffic entering and leaving the site Banking delivery vehicles, construction plant and machinery Coordinating vehicle movements with site management and logistics teams Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation Managing designated delivery areas, access routes and exclusion zones Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site personnel Ensuring vehicles follow the site traffic management plan Assisting with the safe movement and positioning of delivery vehicles Monitoring site entrances and preventing unauthorised access Reporting hazards, unsafe vehicle movements or access issues Following all site health and safety procedures Supporting the wider site logistics operation when required Requirements Valid NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall, Traffic Marshal, Vehicle Banksman or Plant and Vehicle Marshaller Experience working on construction sites Strong understanding of traffic management and vehicle safety procedures Confident communicating with delivery drivers and plant operators Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious Able to work independently and as part of the site logistics team Must be able to commute reliably to Erlestoke Available for long-term work Eligible to work under the Construction Industry Scheme CIS Apply Now This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall, NPORS Traffic Marshall, Vehicle Banksman, Traffic Banksman or Plant and Vehicle Marshaller looking for stable, long-term construction work in Erlestoke.
