These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme. Duties to include: Machine operation: Operate production machinery used to manufacture rubber ducks or rubber products. Production monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and output targets. Quality control: Inspect finished products for defects, correct shape, colour, size and finish. Material handling: Load raw materials, rubber compounds, dyes and other production materials into machines. Machine maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance and report equipment faults. Health and safety: Follow workplace safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Production records: Record quantities produced, rejected items, machine downtime and material usage.
