* Contracts Manager position dealing with various cladding and flat roofing systems; rain screen, built up, metal sheeting, timber, metal profile, brick slips, bitumen felt, liquid applied, single ply, slates & tiles
* Managing all aspects of: surveying, financial, contractual, programming/planning, leadership and communication
* Having ultimate control over the delivery of multiple complex projects with values up to £6m
* Support with pre-contract planning liaising with Bid Managers & Estimators
* Assisting with the preparation of quality bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and other presentations as required
* Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
* Responsible for accepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontracts
* Managing all projects are completed on time and within budget
* Responsible for providing accurate information for regional monthly appraisals and various other reports
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager – Cladding & Facades with:
* Must have Contracts Management experience within the construction industry, ideally from a cladding / façade / building envelope
* Ideally will have refurbishment experience
* Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
* IT literate in Microsoft Office
* Good attention to detail
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Role:
Field Technician- South
As a Field Technician you’ll be attending and carrying out site inspections of ongoing works and producing reports.
Undertaking training on site with roofing contractors is a key part of the role as a Field Technician.
You’ll also be taking core samples and carrying out adhesion tests to support the sales team.
Although the majority of the works will be throughout London and the South East, there will be instances where you’ll be required to stay away from home as the territory is the South of the UK.
Full training will be provided on the company’s products and applications.
The Ideal Person:
Will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in flat roofing, ideally Liquid.
Contracts Managers, Site Managers and even individuals looking to step away from Sales will be considered.
Strong communication skills are required to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers, whilst also supporting internal staff.
