The Role This is a key position responsible for managing roofing and cladding projects from start to finish. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. The role will involve travel to sites across the UK. They work on large projects across the UK and are looking to bring on an experienced cladding Contracts Manager. About the Role Ensuring all projects are delivered against budget and timescale. Leading and managing Project teams on the projects under your control. Reporting to Directors on progress / programme / and cost control on allocated projects. They are large new build and refurb projects across the UK but are looking for someone to look after projects in London at the moment. Due to company expansion, Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for an Estimator on behalf of a Roofing contractor based in the West Midlands. Working within the companies commercial department, you will be responsible for creating estimates/submission of tenders and to develop/generate new business. For this role, you will have hold some good experience as an estimator from a roofing/cladding/facade/curtain walling background as well as knowledge of a range of roofing systems such as Single Ply, Hot Melt etc. Candidates will need to provide references and have a good track record of securing business as well as being organised.
