Requirements of a Precast Operative • Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential. • Experienced with the technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes • Ability to read manufacture drawings • Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team Responsibilities of a Precast Operative • Reporting to the Operative Supervisor • Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances. • Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines • Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements. • Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently. • Have the ability to learn new processes.
