Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering, construction, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors. Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure project components, including earthworks, drainage, concrete works, utilities, and structural elements.
