Based from their Burnham head office, this role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with two days per week required in the office. You will join a small, experienced estimating team and will have responsibility for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, with project values ranging from approximately £100k through to £10m. The Role You ll play a key part in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders and cost plans. From frameworks to negotiated D&B projects, you ll liaise closely with the design and delivery teams, manage supply chain input, and ensure bids are commercially sound, well-presented, and aligned with client expectations.
