EA Associates are working on behalf of a well-established and growing civil engineering contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to take the next step in their career or an established Senior Estimator seeking a fully remote position with a respected contractor delivering major infrastructure and earthworks projects across the UK. The business operates across a range of civil engineering sectors, undertaking large-scale earthworks, enabling works, highways, infrastructure and major civil engineering schemes for both public and private sector clients. The Role You will take responsibility for managing the tendering process from initial enquiry through to final submission, ensuring competitive and commercially viable bids are produced. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for major civil engineering and earthworks projects. Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation. Obtaining and analysing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
