Assist in producing O & M manuals upon project completion. Ensure subcontractors comply with the company Safety Management System and promote off-site manufacturing to meet programme and quality targets. Ensure production controls for monitoring, reporting, benchmarking works and improving performance. Qualifications Knowledge of the Building Sector. Previous employment as an M&E Co-ordinator, Building Services Coordinator, M&E Manager, Building Services Manager or related roles (e.g., Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Designer, Project Engineer, M&E Supervisor, or M&E Project Manager).
