They are a cash rich business with a turnover of 20 million and 90 % of the work is on a refurbishment projects. Their sectors they work in Retail, Commercial, Industrial, healthcare (to name a few). Projects range from 50k up to 5 million on refurb and small amount of new build projects. The role As an experienced Estimator/ Surveyor, you will be based out of the modern Birmingham office and will have a good understanding of both estimating and surveying, cost planning, bill of quantities. The split of the role is 70% Estimating and 30% surveying.
