We are seeking a proactive individual to prepare void properties for handover to new tenants. This role combines high-standard cleaning with basic maintenance and remedial work. You will be based out of the main office in Leeds, collecting a company vehicle daily to travel between properties. Key Responsibilities: Void Preparation (Primary): Conducting deep cleans and sparkle cleans to ensure all properties meet strict handover standards. Maintenance & Remedial Work: During quieter periods, you will assist with property upkeep, including: Touch-up painting and scuff repair. Installing curtain poles and tracks (using hand/power tools).
