About You We re looking for a proven Site Agent with a strong background in heavy civils. You ll bring: Experience delivering large-scale civil engineering projects in a Site Agent role Strong expertise in reinforced concrete structures Experience in marine or major infrastructure projects (desirable) A track record of managing teams and subcontractors effectively Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with NEC contracts Excellent leadership and communication skills A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Eligibility to obtain SC Security Clearance You ll be confident, organised, and capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced, live project environment.
