SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT We are working with a well-established Multidisciplinary Consultancy who have offices in 4 UK locations and currently looking to increase their West Yorkshire team by way of a solid Senior Landscape Architect. They will also consider candidates based in Greater Manchester and Oxfordshire. As a whole, they have an excellent track record of providing environmental consultancy to a large portfolio of clients both in the private and public sector. In term of employer status, they are regarded as a great company to work for with a fantastic team culture and renowned for putting employee welfare at the forefront of the business. The main demand for this position is to bring their currently outsourced Urban Design offering inhouse and grow this side of the business. Any applicants for this role must have experience working on Urban Design focussed schemes within a Landscape Architecture environment. SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS * A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) * A post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture / Urban Design * Urban Design experience (essential) * Ability to run projects individually and as part a team * Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously * Technically competent and able to work to deadlines * Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients * Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations * Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office * Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills * A full UK driving licence ON OFFER * Senior Landscape Architects salary range £36-42K * Competitive benefits package * Contributory pension * Continual investment in their professional development.
