Key Responsibilities: Fabrication and installation of formwork Placing and finishing concrete Working accurately to Temporary Works Designs Assisting steel fixers with installation of rebar Constructing signage frames and ad hoc timber items as required Supporting reinforcement installation where required Maintaining strict adherence to site health & safety procedures Essential Requirements: Proven experience in formwork and shuttering carpentry NVQ (or equivalent) in Formwork/Carpentry National Grid Person ticket (mandatory) Manual Handling certificate Experience working to Temporary Works Designs Full PPE (must be in place before attending site) Desirable (Not Essential): Slinger/Signaller Banksman 3 Day First Aid Additional Information: 45 hours per week 07:30 - 17:30 working day Umbrella payment only IR35 pre-assessment completed If you are a qualified Civils Operative with National Grid authorisation and relevant formwork experience, we want to hear from you.
