What You ll Be Doing As part of our panel production team, your role will include: Interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate timber panels Cutting, preparing and assembling softwood components Using hand tools and power tools with precision Working alongside experienced colleagues to complete bespoke projects Keeping your workspace safe, tidy and organised Adapting to changing priorities within a busy production environment What We re Looking For You don t need to be a master carpenter but you do need practical ability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn. We d welcome candidates who have: Experience in carpentry, joinery, timber framing or similar hands-on roles Confidence using workshop tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality The ability to work well as part of a team Good physical fitness and safe manual-handling habits A proactive, reliable and positive approach If you ve worked in construction, manufacturing, fabrication or any practical environment you may be a great fit. Multi Trade Carpenter based in the Leicester/ Charnwood region required to work with a leading Housing Association. I am looking for an experienced multi trade carpenter to carry out planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Charnwood region. Work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and architraves. This is a temporary position working a standard 37 hours per week Monday - Friday. Pay rate: 20 per hour + 45p per mile for work travel.
