An opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant to join a residential housebuilder specialising in the development and construction of new homes. As a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant, you will be managing the new homes sales process independently, from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and completion. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 flexible for the right candidate and benefits. Candidates with general estate agency or property sales experience without relevant New Homes / new-build developer sales experience will not be suitable.
