Job Title: Electrical Estimator Location: London Salary: 80,000 per annum The Role: Preparing detailed cost estimates for Electrical Building Services projects. Pricing MEP tenders with values up to 15 million. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing enquiries for suppliers and specialist subcontract packages. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks. Liaising with clients, consultants and the supply chain to produce competitive tenders. Working closely with the pre-construction team to ensure timely tender submissions.
