You will work closely with engineers, project managers, suppliers and the wider commercial team to produce accurate, competitive and commercially viable tenders across both mechanical and electrical packages. The role will cover a variety of projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors , with exposure to renewable technologies and modern building services. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full estimating and tendering process. Prepare detailed estimates and competitive tender submissions. Skills & Experience The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working as an M&E Estimator . Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services. Strong understanding of estimating, take-offs, labour, materials and subcontractor costs. Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of margins, risk and profitability.
