Principal Lighting Designer The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Lighting Designer to join a growing, multidisciplinary building services consultancy with offices across Oxford, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge. You'll play a key role in leading lighting design projects from concept through to completion, managing client relationships, mentoring team members and helping to grow the lighting discipline. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams, managing resources effectively and delivering multiple projects to programme and budget. You'll also be confident representing the business in meetings with clients, architects, engineers and contractors across the UK, with occasional overseas travel where required. Experience across multiple sectors is essential, with heritage and conservation projects being particularly advantageous. Building Physics / Sustainability Consultant Location Colchester, Essex (Hybrid) Salary 40,000 - 55,000 Employment Type Permanent Job Overview Building Physics / Sustainability Consultant required for a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Colchester. This hybrid role is suited to a consultant with experience in energy modelling, sustainability assessments and UK building regulations, supporting projects across a range of developments while working alongside architects and engineering teams.
