Managing design changes and assessing their impact on Building Regulations compliance. Carrying out periodic site inspections. Managing project programmes, budgets and information within Common Data Environments (CDEs). Supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's Building Safety and compliance services. About You You'll have a strong technical background within construction and be passionate about delivering safe, compliant buildings. We're keen to speak with candidates from backgrounds including: Building Surveying Building Control Clerk of Works Construction Management Design Management Technical Compliance You'll also have: Excellent knowledge of the Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act 2022 . Experience reviewing technical design information across multiple disciplines. Strong understanding of construction detailing and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commercial awareness with experience managing project programmes and budgets. Previous experience acting as a Building Regulations Principal Designer is advantageous, although candidates with the right technical background looking to move into BRPD are encouraged to apply.
