- Annual and final accounting, estimating and forecasting
- Supporting commercial or operational teams with procurement requirements
- Ensuring applications for payment are assessed and ensuring that they are made on time and in accordance with the contracts to supply chain
- Reviewing any project delays and claims mitigation
Originally planned as an May start, the projects are now likely to progress from July at which time there will be the need for x3 MEP Quantity Surveyors and x2 MEP Contracts Managers – all to report to this Commercial Lead; all reporting to Regional (Europe) Commercial Director
Knowing the current climate has caused delays for IR35 changes, the individuals taking these positions must be able accept working in a Permanent or PAYE (contract) capacity. Whilst a contract rate may be achieved in the interim (depending on expectations) the client will always be prioritising this as a permanent staff post offering a highly competitive package.
