Are you an experienced Blockwork Supervisor looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious industrial construction projects? We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering major industrial developments across the UK. From advanced manufacturing facilities and data centres to energy, pharmaceutical and process engineering projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality masonry packages on nationally significant schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work, an outstanding reputation for safety and quality, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all blockwork and masonry activities across major industrial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries to meet programme requirements. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitor workmanship and carry out regular quality inspections. Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings. Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Work closely with engineering and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Site and Project Management. Ensure works are completed in line with project programmes and client expectations. Maintain accurate site records, inspections and quality documentation.
