Adecco Poole and Bournemouth are delighted to be assisting one of our local clients in their search for a Building Manager. The Role The successful candidate will be overseeing a residential block consisting of 45 flats and liaising with the property manager to ensure the smooth running of the block. This job is a permanent job (part time) 10 am to 3pm, 5 days per week. Responsibilities · Assisting residents with queries. · Managing contractors whilst on site/providing access etc. · General Administration of estate office and arranging contractors to maintain the building. · Ensuring all H&S records are kept updated. · Undertaking routine inspections/testing of communal equipment. · Working alongside the Social committee to facilitate inhouse events. · General housekeeping duties. · Liaising with Property Manager on maintenance items.
