Manage asset information standards, including the development and maintenance of Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), and digital handover protocols. Hands-on experience developing and managing asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs, and digital handover documentation. Extensive experience in BIM assurance and quality control, including audits, model reviews, and ensuring compliance with operational and project requirements. High level of competency in BIM software, including advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; experience with other Autodesk tools is beneficial. Experience delivering structured data outputs, including IFC and COBie, for use in asset and facilities management systems. Experience with integration of BIM with operational platforms, such as CAFM or IWMS systems, to support facilities and lifecycle asset management. The BIM ProjectWise Manager plays a key role on a large-scale infrastructure project. This position oversees the graphical CDE ProjectWise and works closely with BIM Engineers to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in producing digital deliverables throughout the project s lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Bentley Systems software suite, including using ProjectWise as a Common Data Environment (CDE) and Bentley modeling tools. As a BIM ProjectWise Manager, you will serve as a key member of the FBRS (Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture) BIM & Information Management Team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and management of the FBRS RSA ProjectWise working area. Reporting to the Project Information Manager, your responsibilities will include managing user access control, project setup, and system configuration. We are looking to appoint Structural BIM Modellers into our National Building Structures team to help deliver work on major projects primarily in the defence and energy sectors. Carry out Cobie delivery and Cobie exports as required. Ensure models utilise structure health and safety information in accordance with PAS1192-6. Ensure the CDE processes are followed and supported by appropriate systems to ensure information is properly checked, reviewed, approved and authorised as it moves between the different steps of WIP, Shared, Published and Archived. Contribute to the Risk Register and help resolve BIM design issues. Manage and maintain project content and request additional content for project teams as required. Experience required: Production experience in design and/or drafting on infrastructure or civil engineering projects. Knowledge of UK BIM Framework in accordance with ISO19650 (BIM Level 2) requirements. In-depth experience of Autodesk products specifically Revit, Civils 3D and Navisworks. Experience of utilising a Common Data Environments to support project delivery.
