The Role Working closely with Directors, Estimators, Operational Managers and Delivery Teams, you will take responsibility for producing compelling, high-quality submissions across a range of social housing, planned works, refurbishment, maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation contracts. You'll help shape bid strategy, coordinate technical input from across the business and ensure tender submissions are completed to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities -Writing and coordinating PQQs, SQs, tenders and framework submissions. -Managing the complete bid process from receipt through to submission. -Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key requirements. -Coordinating technical responses with operational and commercial teams. -Developing method statements, case studies and quality responses. -Maintaining bid content libraries and supporting documentation. -Supporting framework applications and public sector procurement opportunities. -Ensuring submissions are compliant, accurate and delivered on time. -Contributing to bid strategy, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. About You You'll already have experience producing successful construction bids and will ideally understand the social housing, refurbishment, maintenance or retrofit sectors. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Senior Bid Writer or Proposal Writer. Experience within construction, housing, maintenance, engineering or refurbishment sectors. Strong written communication and document management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously. Commercial awareness and understanding of tender processes. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Highly Desirable Social housing experience. Planned maintenance contracts. Refurbishment programmes.
