Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for a major full envelope project Oversee delivery of façade, roofing, cladding, curtain walling, and associated envelope systems Manage project execution from pre-start planning through to completion and client handover Lead and coordinate project teams including Project Managers, Design Managers, and Site Managers Ensure programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives are consistently achieved Act as the primary senior point of contact for the client, main contractor, and key stakeholders Drive commercial performance, risk management, and change control across the project Oversee procurement strategy and supply chain performance Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, technical requirements, and regulatory standards Lead progress reviews, client meetings, and senior reporting functions Promote best practice in delivery, innovation, and value engineering Key Requirements Proven experience at Project Director or Senior Project Manager level within façades or building envelope sector Strong track record delivering large-scale envelope packages on complex projects Experience working on data centres or mission-critical / high-spec industrial projects preferred Deep understanding of curtain walling, cladding systems, roofing, and façade interfaces Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound project budgets Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams Strong client-facing experience with Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor environments Ability to manage complex programmes and deliver under tight deadlines Willingness to be site-based in mainland Europe for the duration of the project What's on Offer Salary £100,000 - £120,000 Opportunity to lead a flagship data centre project in mainland Europe Senior leadership role within a highly regarded specialist contractor Exposure to complex, high-value, technically challenging projects Strong pipeline of future international work opportunities If interested, please click apply.
