Associate Director Building Surveyor - London- Hybrid We are working with a leading residential Propco with an impressive multi billion pound managed portfolio across the UK. They are currently looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to lead a small growing team of building surveyors overseeing CAPEX refurbishments and professional surveying work across their London portfolio. Remuneration £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits package (car allowance, pension, medical) + discretionary bonus. Hybrid home based role with 1 day in the office per week. The Role The successful Associate Director will lead a small building surveying team in the London region under the UK Surveying Director. The role focused on project biased surveying across the businesses London managed residential lease hold portfolio in addition to other commercial properties. The role offers a fully flexible hybrid work set up being based 1 day in the office for team meetings and then 4 days from home or at site visits. The core role will be 65% focused on the project management and contracts administration of their residential block internal and external common parts refurbishment projects valued between £50,000 and c. £3 million in line with the agreed PPM (planned preventative maintenance reports) with some additional commercial asset projects. In addition, the Building Surveyor will complete professional surveying work covering pre acquisition and structural surveys, insurance reinstatement, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, building pathology, safety case reports, and inputting into the 5/10 year PPM's.
