Property Compliance Coordinator We are recruiting on behalf of an established property management business for an experienced Property Compliance Coordinator to join their business This is a key role responsible for supporting the effective management of statutory and regulatory compliance across a residential property portfolio. You will ensure that compliance requirements are understood, monitored, evidenced and followed through, helping to protect residents, clients and the organisation from regulatory, health and safety and operational risk. The role will suit someone with strong experience in property compliance, residential property management or technical property services, who understands the importance of accurate records, proactive risk management and robust audit trails. The Role As Property Compliance Coordinator, you will have responsibility for coordinating and monitoring compliance activity across a portfolio of residential properties A major part of the role will be ensuring that compliance information is accurate, current and audit-ready , with particular emphasis on identifying potential risks before they become overdue or escalate. Key Responsibilities Property Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Coordinate and monitor statutory compliance requirements across a residential property portfolio. Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, ensuring all supporting evidence is available and audit-ready. Monitor inspections, testing, certification and remedial actions against required timescales. Track compliance actions through to completion and proactively identify items at risk of becoming overdue. Maintain a strong focus on ensuring high-risk compliance actions do not become overdue. Review compliance documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate and appropriately recorded. Risk Management & Auditing Maintain records of risk assessments and associated actions. Escalate significant risks, recurring issues and overdue actions promptly. Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance records and evidence are readily available. Conduct regular property/site inspections to identify potential health, safety, maintenance and compliance risks. Contractor & Remedial Works Coordinate contractors undertaking statutory inspections, testing, planned works and remedial activity. Review contractor documentation and certification following completion of compliance-related works. Ensure relevant compliance evidence is captured and uploaded to the appropriate systems. Property & Compliance Operations Work alongside Property Managers and Estate Managers to ensure compliance requirements are understood and actioned at property level. Coordinate remedial and reactive works arising from compliance inspections and risk assessments. About You We are looking for a property compliance professional with a strong understanding of the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with residential property.
