To carry out user tests, cyclical, preventive and repairs maintenance, and arrange access for contractors to carry out maintenance. Undertake preventive maintenance duties in the resident's apartments and in the communal areas Be proactive in the management of void properties, ensure water quality checks and general repairs are undertaken. Work with contractors on site to improve own knowledge of systems and to ensure that they are working to risk assessments provided. Record repair requests and defects.
