The role also involves tractor operations, including cutting and maintaining over 2,500 miles of roadside verges annually. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workload and takes pride in working on diverse projects, rather than being confined to repetitive housing development sites. Have a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. While up-to-date certification is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training and development can be provided to the right individual.
