Asbestos Surveyor - Thames Valley Location: Oxford Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 We're looking for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team in Oxford. Due to new contract wins, our client is seeking a professional and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover a variety of commercial projects located across the West London and Thames Valley region. Essential Requirements: BOHS P402, P403 + P404/RSPH3 qualified A minimum of 5 years' experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring Excellent understanding of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos Competent in completing air monitoring, four stage clearances, Management surveys and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a range of commercial sites Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain up to date knowledge of HSG: 264 and HSG: 248 Performing asbestos Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys of different types of buildings in line with the requirements of HSG 264 Performing all types of air monitoring and four stage clearances in line with the requirements of HSG 248 Producing asbestos survey and air monitoring reports promptly in order to be sent to the clients Remaining up to date with asbestos legislation and industry best practice Assist in the training of less experienced team members
