This is a broad opportunity that could suit Assistant Project Managers, Housing Asset Managers, Building Surveyors, Major Works Managers, Planned Works Managers and Property/Construction professionals with relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of major works, refurbishment, planned maintenance and improvement programmes. Assist with projects from feasibility and specification through to tender, delivery and completion. Work with contractors, consultants and professional teams. Support the management of project budgets, programmes and performance. Assist with specifications, contract documentation and project reports.
