We are looking for candidates who are experienced in successfully delivering schemes of varying sizes, predominately to the Water Industry, for Waste and Clean Water Treatment schemes. Working from offices in Hove, the role will be primarily concentrated around the South East. The role will involve, but not be limited to, the preparation of Tender Documents, Budget Estimates, Contract Documents and Cost plans, Post Contract Valuation, Cost Reporting and Final Account Negotiations, holding site progress meetings and delivering on the Client's Objectives. To ensure effective delivery of duties, it will be important that the QS possesses excellent communication skills and a good commercial awareness.
