THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for the day-to-day site management and supervision of the project construction team. Our current developments include predominantly prime residential, with some bespoke office and restaurant projects in Central London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design co-ordination and checking construction drawings

To efficiently manage the assigned construction site, within time frame and budget.

It would be advantageous if you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements (INTERMEDIATE QS): Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Requirements (SENIOR QS): Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with significant experience in a senior or leadership role. Professional accreditation or membership with relevant industry organizations (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is preferred. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards. Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
