Carry out regular quality inspections, identify defects, manage snagging and ensure outstanding works are completed before handover. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, photographs and relevant project documentation. A sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements and site compliance. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage programmes, prioritise workloads and resolve issues effectively. Commercial awareness, including the ability to recognise variations, avoid unnecessary costs and protect project margins.
