Senior Heritage Town Planner Location: London Salary: 50-60,000 An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Heritage Planner to join a well-established and respected independent planning consultancy based in London. The Ideal Candidate: Strong professional experience within heritage planning, conservation or a related discipline. Demonstrable experience working with listed buildings and conservation areas. Good knowledge of UK heritage legislation, planning policy and relevant guidance, including the NPPF. Experience preparing or contributing to heritage statements, heritage assessments and planning applications. A strong understanding of the UK planning system and development management process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Confident managing relationships with clients, consultants and local planning authorities. MRTPI, IHBC or a relevant heritage, conservation or planning qualification would be advantageous.
