Define scalable OT Data Foundation and North-Star Reference Architectures encompassing edge, cloud, cybersecurity, integration, and enterprise manufacturing data platforms. Design and standardize OT information models, asset hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance frameworks to enable consistent, trusted, and interoperable manufacturing data across sites. Architect industrial connectivity and data integration solutions using OPC UA, MQTT, Historians, and Unified Namespace (UNS) principles to support real-time data access, enterprise visibility, and AI-ready manufacturing ecosystems. Develop transformation roadmaps, technology standards, deployment strategies, and business cases that align OT modernization initiatives with operational excellence, cybersecurity, and digital manufacturing objectives.
