We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Property Administrator on a contract basis working hybrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate property and asset management information, ensuring that records relating to property condition, compliance, repairs and maintenance are consistently updated and accurately recorded. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and IT skills who is looking to develop their career within the property and housing sector. Previous experience within property, housing, asset management or maintenance would be advantageous but is not essential. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate asset management and property records across relevant databases and systems. Input, update and maintain information relating to property compliance, repairs, maintenance and asset condition. Monitor records and identify missing, incomplete or inaccurate information.
