You may currently be working as a: Facade Designer Cladding Designer Architectural Technologist Building Envelope Designer CAD Technician / Design Technician Curtain Wall Designer Rainscreen Designer Technical Designer Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant CAD/BIM software would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager with experience in fa ades, cladding, re-cladding or the wider building envelope sector. The company delivers a range of projects across new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding, covering all aspects of the external building envelope. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects from contract award through to completion. You will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, commercial teams and designers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple fa ade and building envelope projects. Overseeing projects from contract award through to completion. Managing client relationships and project meetings. Coordinating site teams and subcontractors. Monitoring programmes, costs and project performance. Managing contractual and commercial matters.
