Proven experience of programme management, mobilisation, logistics, design coordination, supply-chain leadership, quality control and handover. Sound knowledge of Building Regulations affecting fit-out and refurbishment, including relevant HRB controls and duty holder interfaces. Working knowledge of delivering & administering projects under the JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract, with the ability to recognise obligations, change, delay, notice and record requirements and involve commercial at the right time.
