What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements
- Generating new landlord and applicant business
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing agreed lets
- Maintaining regular communication with landlords, applicants and other property professionals
- Working towards individual and team targets while delivering excellent customer service

- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Proven sales ability and a target-focused approach
- Thorough knowledge of the residential lettings process
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of the Southampton area would be beneficial
- Full UK driving licence essential
